MEET THE PRINCIPAL
ALEXANDRA
School Principal Alexandra has been dancing since the age of 5 and is trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Commercial, Contemporary and Cheer. Alex's credits include dancing with 'The Radio City Rockettes', 'The National Youth Ballet of Great Britain', 'Annie', 'Summer Holiday', Singin' in The Rain', 'Shrek', 'A Night with Ruthie Henshall', 'School of Rock 'The Russian Ballet' and was a lead dancer for the world's 'Number 1 Lady GaGa Tribute Act Donna Marie' and many more! Alex has also danced in numerous professional pantomimes, worked alongside the BBC and has choreographed for Cardiff's Open Air Festival.
Alex holds a CACHE Level 2 qualification in Childcare and Education, an up to date DBS, is First Aid trained, has a Degree and PGCE in Dance and Performing Arts. She also has 6 years experience as a nursery nurse and teaching assistant specialising in ALN.
Currently, Alex is the dance lecturer at Cardiff and Vale College where she coaches her students in preparation for dance colleges. Her recent successes include Italia Conti, Bird, LMA, The Royal Welsh College, Performers, Trinity Laban, LIPA, Arts Ed and The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Alex is highly trained and experienced in a variety of dance styles, including ballet, lyrical, jazz, tap, and commercial. I am so passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping students achieve their dance goals!

Our senior classes suit every interest and skill level. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced dancer or you just want to have fun and stay active, come along!

We offer a wide range of classes for all ages and skill levels, from jazz to commercial and tap. Although we do not offer dance examinations at this time, our classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and challenging, helping students develop their technique and artistry whilst developing other skills such as confidence. self-esteem and co-ordination...but most importantly making friends for life!
